The Cake Walk

Hello Everyone. If you would be so kind as to follow me, I would like to take you to see our latest wedding venue.  Welcome to:

Let’s take a peek inside, shall we.

As you can see this fully equipped lot is packed with everything you could possibly want on your big day. Our couples tell us they fall in love all over again when they step foot on our property. Right at the front entrance is our “red-heart carpet.” We believe you should feel like a celebrity on your big day. We also have a modest dance floor with multiple Gobo lights set to shine cute pink hearts across the dance floor.  Our recently tuned grande piano is ready for you, and for an extra fee we can even allow you the company of our regionally renowned pianist.

Alright now we’ll take a look at the lower level

As you can see our modern restrooms offer everything you might need for any last minute preparations.
We strive to provide ours guest with luxury and privacy. As you can see, these are no ordinary public restrooms. No, we believe that you and your guests deserve the best on your big day. We promise that the night before your event our maid will clean every inch of our lot, so it is spotless for you on your big day! We also use this area to store our overflow nectar, in the barrels underneath the stairs. We do have some fine nectar, but now I’m getting ahead of myself. More on that in another section of our tour.

Why don’t we step outside to explore our beautiful grounds:

A major feature is our two gorgeously decorated outdoor gazebos.  They provide the perfect spot for some wedding photographs, or a great place to for you to clear your head before making this huge commitment. I’ve seen many couples begin their engagements in one of our gazebos. I don’t know what it is about the atmosphere in this place, but no one has been turned down yet!  Feel free to explore the rest of the grounds. There is a small heart-shaped pond on the right side, which is filled to the brim with Kissing Gourami, and only Kissing Gourami; no spawners here. We take great pride in our landscaping. The whole building is surrounded by delicately cut pink flowers. As you prepare to head back inside, take a really good look at the entrance way.  The first thing you are likely to notice are our matching heart-shaped fountains. Another perfect location to get some beautiful photos from your memorable day! As I’m sure you all noticed on your way in, the path begins with two lovely unicorns greeting you and all your guests to The Cake Walk. It’s perfect for those who imagine their fairytale wedding.

Let’s meet back inside in about five minutes. When you head in make sure to look up in see the wedding bells hung on the entrance arch:

Alrighty now how did you enjoy the tour of the outdoors? Great, so obviously the most profound area when you walk in is the aisle and alter. As you can see no detail was spared. You will find there is plenty of seating for up to twenty of your closest family and friends. If you take a look in the back corner you will see our glass (ice) sculptor of a beautiful flower girl. This is a great time to talk about our attention for detail. If you notice at the top of our Cake Walk, there is a traditional wedding cake topper, with a lovely bride and groom, it is quite similar to the one in front of you. As you drive away take a look back and see the topper for yourself. And if you stay around long enough you’ll see the special surprise at night, we light up our topper in pink!

Now if everyone will take a look to your left you will be able to see our reception area:

As you can see we have everything you could possibly want during your reception. There is seating for up to twenty and a few extra seats at the long bar. Our buffet features a crisp autumn salad, a savory stuffed turkey, and mouth-watering fresh baked cookies. We will also prepare fresh fruit, homemade pastries, and an endless chocolate fountain, which pairs great with all the fresh fruit. One of the other features is our continuously flowing bubbly champagne. Perfect for a toast! If you look you’ll see we have two bars. On this section we have a small bar for your quick before dinner drinks.

And if you turn your attention to the other side of the room, you will see our grand bar.

This extra-long bar is located right next to the dance floor. You and your guest will have access to our entire collection and our skilled mixologists can prepare anything from a Cherry Casanova to a WooHoo on the Beach.  Those romantic drinks will be just the thing you need to relief some of the stress from your big day. Maybe even a little encouragement for your big night  Oh now remember when I briefly mentioned nectar while we were downstairs? Well now is the time to bring that up again! One of the things that sets us apart is our vast nectar selection. We have a huge selection including vintages over 2000 years old. We also have a special homemade brew we like to call Moodlet Maddness. Our secret recipe is sure to give you a sugar rush (+15), a fabulous finish(+30), warm fuzzies (+15), and full of life (+50). If this doesn’t keep your guests happy nothing will.

Well Ladies and Gentlemen it looks like our time together is coming to an end. Please remember our hall is booked ahead for days, so we recommend making your reservations at least one sim week in advance. Please keep The Cake Walk in mind for your ceremony. As you exit just imagine walking across that threshold a happily married couple!

But wait! Just for coming on this tour you all get a special bonus. Tonight, when you get home we are giving you exclusive access to our website. Just go to your computer and find our page on the Exchange
